About CECP
Having a clear academic plan and a 'roadmap' for personal development has become a necessary requirement for students aiming to enter prestigious schools or universities. To this end, MyFellas has established the CECP (Career and Education Consultation in Practice) School/University Placement Consultation Programme. It brings together experts from across the world to guide students through one-to-one consultations, career experiences, scientific exploration, and other forms of guidance. The program aims to broaden students' horizons, help them find their passions and pursue them through learning, and make the path to studying abroad clearer and smoother.
The CECP Consultation Team is led by Dr. Steve Bailey, Chair of UK Sacpa and Partner of VIAN Technology UK. The team is committed to providing personalised school/university placement planning services and careers guidance that integrate the unique interests, potential qualities, and personal ideals of each child.

Drawing on their wealth of expertise, our career consultants provide students with comprehensive assessments regarding their career adaptability, learning abilities, interests, and talents. They also help students interpret assessment reports and give personalised advice on their development paths based on a thorough understanding of their parents' suggestions.
Our consultants develop personalised school/university application plans for students based on their personal traits, educational needs, etc. Besides, the team provides continuous support throughout the application process, including subject competency enhancement, visa application, and other services, maximizing students' chances of admission to their desired schools or universities.
We invite professionals from various industries to share their career experiences and insights on the present and future of their respective fields, tailored to our students' career interests. These professionals will also lead students in hands-on activities, providing inspiration for their future career choices by showcasing the knowledge, skills, and qualities required in the industry.
